RETURNS:

All custom covers sales are final. 

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis, and only for claims against workmanship, fit, or material defect. If there is a problem with your cover, please email us within 7 days of delivery to receive a shipping label.  

If a cover is defective or does not fit properly and/or align with measurements provided, CoverMetrix will replace the order and ship with two weeks of confirmation at no cost to the customer. 

Please note, CoverMetrix will not consider claims regarding color. A swatch of the material you are interested in is available upon request. 

Workmanship: 

Any unused cover found to be defective will be replaced within 2 weeks upon it's return with prior approval. 

Fit:

CoverMetrix offers a 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee on all of it's protective covers when using the CoverMetrix Video2Cover service. 

Covers made with only customer provided measurements are guaranteed to fit the provided measurements and will have a fitting tolerance of .5"-1" in all directions.

This limited warranty coverage runs for 5 years* (3 years for Deep Maroon and Radiant Red) from the date of original installation.
